History

Hello! I’m Veronica.

I am an PCC-credentialed coach with the ICF. I got my certified professional coach certificate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

I am part of the first generation of my family that was born in the United States. My mom is from Southeast Asia and my dad is from South America. My younger sister is the only other “Chile-pina American” I know.

I have a Ph.D. in Biomolecular Chemistry and a ~15 year-long career in tech. My parents thought that financial stability was the key to a happy life. I am grateful for what they gave me.

I took a 1.5 year break to figure out what a happy life means to me.

I am a work in progress, and I love it.

Personal tidbits

I value fun, compassion, individuality, and community.

Even those of us that make horrible mistakes are worthy and capable.

My ideal life would be a musical.

I love the quote “there is no them, only all of us.”

I came to spirituality through science. I needed 30 years of evidence-based research by academic institutions to trust what thousands of years of cultural traditions inherently knew.
